The first phase of development at the SouthSide Works began with the Quantum I office building. Quantum I at SouthSide Works is located on the corner of Hot Metal and East Carson Streets on the Southside of Pittsburgh, Pa. In collaboration with PJ Dick Corporation, IKM Architects and the Soffer Organization as developer, we have constructed a premier, four story, Class A office building. Quantum I is fully leased to UPMC Health System.

 

Quantum II, located off the Hot Metal Bridge directly in front of Quantum I, is a 186,000 sf Class A office building offering riverfront balconies from private executive offices, providing the perfect view of the city’s historical bridges and striking architectural skyline. In October, 2005 American Eagle Outfitters purchased Quantum II and will move their Corporate Headquarters in the Spring of 2007.

 

BUILDING ONE - 2800 East Carson Street

Fronting East Carson Street, between 28th and Hot Metal Streets you will find the recently completed three story red brick structure of approximately 41,000 square feet. 2800 East Carson Street is a mix of first floor retail and second and third floor office space (approximately 25,500 square feet).
